Loch Tay, Scotland - Masterplan (HPW)

Hpw have a large client base within the rural diversification sector, this includes the development of holiday parks and campsites.  Loch Tay is a large holiday park, run by largo leisure in the highlands (Scotland). The project required a masterplan to highlight development opportunities and present potential layout possibilities to the client and stakeholders.  my role was to create the masterplan drawings and design a layout to present to the client and stakeholders. The proposals included major developments to the north-east, central and southern parts of the site. This featured new lodge locations, stilted accommodation on the adjacent burn, and the development of the existing reception area. this project provided me with invaluable experience in the holiday park and rural diversification sector and an insight into the process behind master planning.
